Scottish Pict Z Rod Mug - Black Cast Iron Look with Wax Resist

This black mug has a hand-drawn Pictish Z Rod, based on a design found on a standing stone in Scotland! The design was created using a wax resist method - meaning the drawing itself is bare clay. The black glaze used on this mug is satin gloss and such a fun, unique texture for your warm and cold beverages.

This ceramic straight-sided mug will hold 14 ounces of your favorite potion, coffee, tea or libation. 
The flat bottom on this straight-sided mug keep the cast-iron cylindrical body from being moved by spirit winds or haunted hands. A wide looped handle invites you to pick it up and take a swig—and with 14 oz of space inside, there's plenty of room for the requisite double shot to get through the day's conjurations. Unlike most cauldrons, this one is oven and microwave safe plus dishwasher safe too!
